Abstract:
A display module according to an idea of the present invention comprises: a substrate including a mounting surface on which a plurality of inorganic light-emitting elements are mounted, and a rear surface arranged on the opposite side of the mounting surface; a metal plate provided to face the rear surface; and an adhesive layer arranged between the rear surface of the substrate and the metal plate so as to adhere the substrate and the metal plate together, wherein the area of the substrate is provided to be greater than or equal to that of the metal plate, the area of the adhesive layer is provided to be an area that corresponds to the area of the metal plate facing the substrate, the thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate is provided to be less than that of the metal plate, and the ductility of the adhesive layer is provided to be greater than that of the substrate and that of the metal plate.
