A display module (1) and a display device. The display module (1) comprises a display panel (100) and a compensation display component (200) provided in a frame area (120) of the display panel (100); the compensation display component (200) comprises a viewing angle brightness adjustment layer (220); the viewing angle brightness adjustment layer (220) comprises an anti-peep function layer (221); the anti-peep function layer (221) is used for adjusting the brightness after light emitted by a display function layer (210) within a side viewing angle range of the display module (1) exits from the side of the viewing angle brightness adjustment layer (220) distant from the display function layer (210).
