Abstract:
A display panel (100) and a display apparatus (1000). In the display panel (100), an array substrate (13) is located on the light exit side of the display panel (100), the array substrate (13) comprises a binding part (131), and the binding part (131) comprises a plurality of binding terminals (1311). A circuit board assembly (14) is bound to the plurality of binding terminals (1311). The circuit board assembly (14) comprises a plurality of electronic components (14a). The circuit board assembly (14) bends to the side of a color film substrate (11) distant from the array substrate (13), and the electronic components (14a) are located on the side of the circuit board assembly (14) distant from the color film substrate (11).
