Abstract:
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a substrate (8), several sub-pixels (3) and several shared electrode wires (6). The sub-pixels (3) are distributed on the substrate (8) in an array, and each sub-pixel (3) comprises a thin-film transistor (4). The shared electrode wires (6) are distributed on the substrate (8) at intervals and are electrically connected to the thin-film transistors (4). An orthographic projection of the shared electrode wires (6) on the substrate (8) partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the thin-film transistors (4) on the substrate (8).
