The present application provides a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel is provided with a first display region and a second display region; the second display region comprises a first region and a second region; a first antenna is provided in the first region; a second antenna is provided in the second region; and the display panel further comprises touch electrodes arranged in the first display region and the second region. According to the display panel and the display apparatus provided by the present application, the first antenna and the second antenna are integrally arranged in the second display region of the display panel, and the second display region can implement a display function, and can also implement an antenna function, and thus, the lightening and thinning of a product and the setting of a high screen-to-body ratio are facilitated. The first antenna is merely arranged in the first region, so that the arrangement space of the first antenna is ensured, and the risk of mistaken touch of the first region can also be reduced. The second antenna and the touch electrode are arranged in the second region, so that the second region can implement a touch function, and can also implement the antenna function, and thus, the communication efficiency of the display panel is improved while the touch function of the second region is not affected.
