Abstract:
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a plurality of signal leads (2) located on a substrate (1) and at least located in a first fan-out area (201). The first fan-out area (201) comprises at least one fan-out edge area, and each fan-out edge area comprises an organic layer covered area (2012) and an organic layer uncovered area (2011). The orthographic projection of a first organic composite insulation layer (4) on the substrate (1) is located in the organic layer covered area (2012), and the orthographic projection of the first organic composite insulation layer (4) on the substrate (1) does not overlap the organic layer uncovered area (2011). A second inorganic insulation layer (5) covers the organic layer uncovered area (2011), and the orthographic projection of the second inorganic insulation layer (5) on the substrate (1) at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the first organic composite insulation layer (4) on the substrate (1).
