Abstract:
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises the display panel. The display panel comprises: a substrate (11) and a plurality of light-emitting units provided on the substrate (11), the light-emitting units comprising a plurality of light-emitting devices (51) arranged in an array, and a blocking part (52) being provided between two adjacent light-emitting devices (51); and a dimming layer (2), provided on the light-emitting side of the light-emitting units, the dimming layer (2) comprising a plurality of first refraction parts (21) arranged in an array, a second refraction part (22) in contact with the first refraction parts (21) being provided between two adjacent first refraction parts (21), the orthographic projection (E1) of one first refraction part (21) on the substrate (11) overlapping with the orthographic projection (E2) of the corresponding blocking part (52) on the substrate (11), the orthographic projection (E3) of one second refraction part (22) on the substrate (11) overlapping with the orthographic projection (E4) of the corresponding light-emitting device (51) on the substrate (11), and the refractive index of the material of the first refraction part (21) being less than the refractive index of the material of the second refraction part (22).
