A display panel and a display apparatus, the display apparatus comprising: a base substrate (100), comprising a plurality of pixels; and a pixel defining layer (170), located on the base substrate (100), the pixel defining layer (170) having a plurality of pixel apertures, and the plurality of pixels and the plurality of pixel apertures being in one-to-one correspondence. The plurality of pixels comprise first-color pixels (spx1) and second-color pixels (spx2), wherein an attenuation rate of a viewing angle brightness of a pixel aperture (KK1) of each first-color pixel (spx1) in the unit area is a first attenuation rate, an attenuation rate of a viewing angle brightness of a pixel aperture (KK2) of each second-color pixel (spx2) in the unit area is a second attenuation rate, the first attenuation rate being less than the second attenuation rate. The area of a pixel aperture (KK1) of one first-color pixel (spx1) is smaller than the area of a pixel aperture (KK2) of one second-color pixel (spx2).
