Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display panel and a display device having same. The display panel comprises: an anode layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode layer. In the present invention, the cathode layer of a transparent region uses a single-layer structure formed by a first cathode layer, and the cathode layer of a display region uses a stacked structure formed by the first cathode layer and a second cathode layer arranged on the first cathode layer. As such, the transmittance of the transparent region can be improved, and the light emission efficiency of the display region can also be improved.
