A display panel (100), a manufacturing method for a display panel (100), and a display device that applies a display panel (100). The display panel (100) comprises: a substrate (10); an alignment film (30); frame-sealing glue (50); and a shielding wall (70); the shielding wall (70) is provided between the alignment film (30) and the frame-sealing glue (50), and the shielding wall (70) comprises a main section (71) and sub-sections (73); the main section (71) is provided surrounding the alignment film (30), and an end of the sub-sections (73) is connected to the main section (71), while the other end is provided extending toward the alignment film (30).
