Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate (1), and a plurality of first-layer wires, wherein the first-layer wires are disposed on the substrate (1) and are provided with a polarized photoresist layer (7); the polarized photoresist layer (7) can form an anisotropic photoresist film; and the first-layer wires are connected to a column data drive and a pixel drive of the display panel.
