Abstract:
Provided are a display panel and a display device using the display panel. By connecting multiple second scanning lines (102) in parallel, the resistance from output terminals (202) of a COF (103) to first scanning lines (101) is reduced, and the difference in COF (103) output resistance corresponding to different first scanning lines (101) is reduced, so that the difference of signals on different first scanning lines (101) is reduced. Thus, the problem of uneven display of existing display panels is solved.
