Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a display area and a frame area surrounding the display area. The display panel comprises: a base substrate and a cover plate which are oppositely arranged; a protruding ridge, said protruding ridge being provided on at least one of the base substrate and the cover plate, the protruding ridge being one or multiple in number, at least part of the protruding ridge comprising multiple ridge sections which are sequentially connected along the extension track of the protruding ridge, and an included angle existing between every two adjacent ridge sections; and a packaging structure being arranged between the base substrate and the cover plate and covering the protruding ridge. With the present disclosure, the packaging effect can be improved.
