Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a display panel, an enhanced polarizer module and a display device. The display panel comprises a base substrate, a plurality of light-emitting diodes and protective layers. The light-emitting diodes are arranged on the base substrate. The protective layers cover the side walls of the light-emitting diodes and are light reflective. The light-emitting diodes comprise upper surfaces and lower surfaces which are oppositely arranged and are parallel to the substrate. Relative to the lower surfaces, the upper surfaces are closer to a light-emitting surface of the display panel. The area of the upper surfaces is greater than the area of the lower surfaces.
Since the side walls of the light-emitting diodes in the display panel provided by the embodiments of the present application are covered, the side walls of the light-emitting diodes cannot be damaged during subsequent processes. Meanwhile, when the protective layers are prepared using suitable materials, large-angle light emitted by the light-emitting diodes can be prevented from entering an area of an adjacent light-emitting diode.
Moreover, the combination of the inverted trapezoidal light-emitting diodes and the protective layers comprising the light reflection layers can enhance the light extraction efficiency of the display panel.
