Abstract:
A display panel, comprising: a substrate (10); multiple light-emitting structures (20), provided on the substrate (10); a water and oxygen barrier layer (30), provided on the substrate (10) and surrounding the multiple light-emitting structures (20); an isolation layer (50), provided on the substrate (10) and covering the multiple light-emitting structures (20), at a least a part of the isolation layer (50) covering the water and oxygen barrier layer (30); and a packaging layer (60), provided on the substrate (10) and covering the isolation layer (50) and the water and oxygen barrier layer (30). A manufacturing method for the display panel, comprising: forming the water and oxygen barrier layer (30) on the substrate (10) and surrounding the multiple light-emitting structures (20); forming the isolation layer (50) covering the multiple light-emitting structures (20) and at least partly covering the water and oxygen barrier layer (30), where the water and oxygen barrier layer (30) is formed by a reduction reaction between a metal oxide layer and a gas employed during the formation of the isolation layer (50), and the thickness of the isolation layer (50) covering the surface of the water and oxygen barrier layer (30) is less than the thickness of the isolation layer (50) not covering the water and oxygen barrier layer (30).
