The present application provides a display panel, comprising: a first base substrate; and a light-emitting unit array and a color control unit array. The color control unit array is located on the side of the light-emitting unit array distant from the first base substrate; color control units in the color control unit array are in one-to-one correspondence to light-emitting units in the light-emitting unit array; at least some of the light-emitting units are provided with corresponding optical stop structures, and the optical stop structures are located between the light-emitting units and color control units and are each provided with a light-transmitting unit; each of the optical stop structures is configured to block light emitted by the light-emitting unit and directed to a color control unit which does not correspond to the light-emitting unit, and enable light emitted by the light-emitting unit and directed to the color control unit corresponding to the light-emitting unit to be transmitted at the light-transmitting unit corresponding to the light-emitting unit. The present application further provides a manufacturing method for the display panel, and a display device.
