Abstract:
Disclosed are a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. In the display panel, integration of a positive electrode and a drain into an integral film eliminates contact resistance therebetween, thereby eliminating the need for a metallization anneal process. Moreover, a zinc oxide material which has a lower resistivity and a higher optical transmittance rate than ITO and can be etched easily subsequently is used to form the positive electrode, thereby reducing on-resistance of the display panel, and enhancing light reflection performance of the positive electrode.
