Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a display device and a manufacturing method for the display device. The display device comprises: a glass substrate; a first circuit, provided on a first surface of the glass substrate; a first insulating layer, disposed on the surface of the first circuit, a through hole being provided on the first insulating layer; a binding circuit, disposed on the surface of the first insulating layer and passing through the through hole to be connected to the first circuit; and a second circuit, disposed on a second surface of the glass substrate opposite to the first surface.
