Disclosed in the present application are a display panel and a preparation method therefor. The display panel comprises: a driving backplate, wherein a first surface of the driving backplate is provided with a plurality of normal bonding areas and a plurality of redundant bonding areas, a first distance between two normal bonding areas, which are at least partially adjacent to each other, is greater than a second distance between the normal bonding area and the redundant bonding area, which are at least partially adjacent to each other, and the normal bonding area and the redundant bonding area adjacent thereto form a bonding group; and a light-emitting layer, which is located on the first surface, and comprises a plurality of sub-pixels, wherein the sub-pixels are electrically connected to the normal bonding areas or the redundant bonding areas, and the normal bonding area or redundant bonding area in the same bonding group is used for electrically connecting to the sub-pixels having the same light-emission color. In this way, the present application can increase the mass transfer yield and repair yield of Micro-LEDs.
