Abstract:
A display panel (100), comprising: a first substrate (101), which contains a display area (AA) and a peripheral area (BA) that are adjacent; a plurality of pixel units, which are disposed on the first substrate (101) and are located in the display area (AA); a control circuit (102), which is disposed on the first substrate (101), located in the peripheral area (BA) and electrically connected to the pixel units; a planarization layer (103) which is disposed on the first substrate (101), extends from the display area (AA) to the peripheral area (BA), and covers the pixel units and the control circuit (102); and a bonding pad (104) which is disposed on the first substrate (101) and is located above the planarization layer (103). The projection of the bonding pad (104) on the first substrate (101) and the projection of the control circuit (102) on the first substrate (101) form an overlapping region.
