Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate comprises: a base comprising a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area; a driving functional layer located on one side of the base and comprising a plurality of pixel driving circuits located in the display area and arranged in an array in a first direction and a second direction, the first direction intersecting with the second direction; a first conductive layer located on the side of the driving functional layer away from the base and comprising a plurality of first power lines used for providing a first working voltage to the pixel driving circuits; a first planarization layer and a second conductive layer which are located between the driving functional layer and the first conductive layer, the first planarization layer being located between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, the second conductive layer comprising a plurality of first conductive patterns, and the first conductive patterns being electrically connected to corresponding first power lines by means of first via holes in the first planarization layer to form a parallel connection.
