Abstract:
A display substrate having a bonding area (11,101) for bonding with a circuit structure. The display substrate includes a plurality of first electrodes (200) and a plurality of second electrodes (400) in the bonding area (11,101), a respective one of the plurality of first electrodes (200) being bound to a respective one of the plurality of second electrodes (400) thereby forming a respective pair of a plurality of bound electrode pairs (P) in the bonding area (11,101); a barrier layer including a plurality of barriers (600) respectively between adjacent pairs of the plurality of bound electrode pairs (P); and an anisotropic conductive film (30,500) for bonding the respective one of the plurality of first electrodes (200) and the respective one of the plurality of second electrodes (400) together.
