The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a display area (100) and at least one hole area (200) located in the display area (100); the hole area (200) comprises a functional hole (210) and a partition area (220) surrounding the functional hole (210); the partition area (220) is provided with at least one partition dam (300) surrounding the functional hole (210); the partition dam (300) comprises a first partition layer (40) provided on a base (10) and a second partition layer (50) provided on the side of the first partition layer (40) away from the base (10); at least one partition layer comprises a second sublayer and a third sublayer provided on the side of the second sublayer away from the base (10); the third sublayer is provided with a protrusion with respect to a sidewall of the second sublayer; the protrusion and the sidewall of the second sublayer form a recessed structure.
