Embodiments of the present invention provide a display substrate, comprising: a base; and a pixel drive circuit and a light-emitting unit which are sequentially stacked on the base. The light-emitting unit comprises a top emitting element and a bottom emitting element; the top emitting element emits light from the side of the top emitting element facing away from the pixel drive circuit; the bottom emitting element emits light from the side of the bottom emitting element close to the pixel drive circuit; and the orthographic projection of an effective light-emitting area of the top emitting element on the base and the orthographic projection of an effective light-emitting area of the bottom emitting element on the base do not overlap each other. The display substrate further comprises an anti-reflection structure which is provided on the side of the light-emitting unit facing away from the pixel drive circuit, and the orthographic projection of the anti-reflection structure on the base at least covers the orthographic projection of the effective light-emitting area of the bottom emitting element on the base. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a manufacturing method for the display substrate, and a display device.
