A display substrate, a method for manufacturing same, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a first display area (A1) and a second display area (A2), the second display area being located on at least one side of the first display area, and the first display area being an under-display sensing area. The display substrate at least comprises: a substrate (2), at least located in the first display area and the second display area; a pixel circuit layer, at least part of the pixel circuit layer being located in the second display area and located on one side of the substrate; a first reflection interface (32), at least located in the first display area and the second display area, and located on the side of the substrate away from the pixel circuit layer, the first reflection interface reflecting at least part of light rays towards the pixel circuit layer; and a first polarizing structure (6), at least part of the first polarizing structure being located in the second display area, and at least part of the first polarizing structure being located between the substrate and the first reflection interface, and the first polarizing structure being configured to prevent light rays that are reflected by the first reflection interface from entering the pixel circuit layer.
