A display substrate, comprising a back plate, a first light-emitting device capable of emitting first color light, a second light-emitting device capable of emitting second color light and a third light-emitting device capable of emitting third color light provided on the back plate, a low-refractive index interlayer provided on the side of the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device and the third light-emitting device away from the back plate, and an encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer comprises a first inorganic barrier layer, an organic barrier layer and a second inorganic barrier layer which are successively stacked on the side of the low-refractive index interlayer away from the back plate. The refractive index of the low-refractive index interlayer is less than the refractive index of the first inorganic barrier layer; and in a direction perpendicular to the back plate, the transmittance of the low-refractive index interlayer to the first color light and the second color light is greater than the transmittance to the third color light.
