A display substrate and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a display area, and a binding area, which is located on one side of the display area, the binding area at least comprising a lead area, and the display area comprising a plurality of data lines and a plurality of data fan-out lines, wherein the lead area comprises a plurality of lead-out lines, and at least one lead-out line is connected to the data lines by means of the data fan-out lines. In a plane perpendicular to the display substrate, the display substrate comprises a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a third conductive layer and a fourth conductive layer, wherein an insulation layer is respectively arranged between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, between the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer, and between the third conductive layer and the fourth conductive layer; and the data lines and the data fan-out lines are arranged in different conductive layers.
