A display substrate and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a base substrate (101), a pixel driving circuit layer (102) and an antenna layer (103), wherein the pixel driving circuit layer (102) is arranged on the base substrate (101) and comprises a thin-film transistor (TFT) and a plurality of signal lines; and the antenna layer (103) is arranged on the side of the pixel driving circuit layer (102) that is away from the base substrate (101), and comprises a first antenna arrangement region (103A), the first antenna arrangement region (103A) comprising a first antenna network, which is formed by means of a plurality of first antenna traces (1031). The first antenna network in the display substrate can be formed during the preparation process of the display substrate and is made by using a separate conductive layer, and thus can have better antenna performance.
