Abstract:
A disposable endoscope tube switching device that comprises: an attachment part that is attached to an endoscope; a resin mobile spring bearing part that is movably held by the attachment part and has a cylindrical rib; and a resin mobile piston part that has a rib reception groove into which the rib is inserted and can move in and out of a tube of an endoscope. The mobile spring bearing part and the mobile piston part are joined by ultrasonic welding, and a weld part is formed between a tip end of the rib and a bottom surface of the rib reception groove. A gap is formed between a side surface of the rib and a side surface of the rib reception groove, and at least a portion of the gap is filled with melted resin. The present invention thereby provides a disposable endoscope tube switching device that prevents a resin mobile spring bearing part and mobile piston part from separating.
