1. Disposable pants comprising a front piece and a rear piece connected with an insert to form a single part, and a means for retaining said pants on human body, said insert being in the form of a absorbing sanitary towel and each of the retaining means comprising two elements with an unfastening force of at least 1.0 kg/dm2.
2. Pants according to Claim 1, characterized in that said pieces are made of reticular fabric.
3. Pants according to Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said retaining means is in the form of two hook and loop band fasteners.
4. Pants according to any of Claims 1 through 3, characterized in that said insert is glued to said front and rear pieces.
5. Pants according to any of Claims 1 through 4, characterized in that said pieces are made from cotton fabric.
6. Pants according to any of Claims 1 through 5, characterized in that said insert comprises an aromatizer.
7. Pants according to any of Claims 1 through 5, characterized in that said pants further comprise an elastic band placed, at least partially, on a side of said single part.
Description:
Disposable Pants The present invention relates to the field of satisfying the necessities of human life, more particularly, to light industry, and can be used for the manufacturing of underwear for women and children.

Known are pants for the retention of napkin-like objects (US Patent 3656324, A 41 B 9/02, 1972). These pants consist, either completely or partially, from an elastic fabric, or cross-knitted fabric, or knitted base fabric in the form of a rectangular bag, the latter comprising a front piece and a rear piece interconnected along the side part of their side edges and the central part of their bottom edges, so as to form a covered space for the perineal part of human body and openings for the legs, and a means for retaining the napkin-like object in the perineal area.

Disadvantage of said pants is their relatively high cost due to the large number of finishing operations required for their manufacturing, including cutting, edge forming and stitch making. The high cost of said pants precludes their general use as disposable pants.

Known also are impermeable fabric pants for babies (WO 91/08727 A 61 F 13/62, 1991) the leg openings of which are fitted with blister stitches, the perineal part has a changeable insert and the waist part has a hook and loop band fastener for retaining the pants on the body.

Disadvantage of said pants is their relatively high cost due to the production of a blister stitch required for their manufacturing. The high cost of said pants also precludes their general use as disposable pants.

The closest counterpart of the present technical solution are pants (US Inventor's Certificate 1804761 A 41 B 9/00,1994).

Said pants comprise a front piece and a rear piece and an insert, all the three forming a single part, and a means for retaining said pants on human body, said means comprising a belt permanently attached to either the front piece or the rear piece and allowing its placement and retaining on the waist part of human body, said pants additionally comprising a bearing part attached to said belt at the side opposite to the permanent connection of said belt to said piece, the other piece and said bearing part comprising means for their detachable fastening.

Said belt can be made in the form of a closed loop from a stretchable fabric or an open loop the ends of which are fastened in a detachable manner. Said pants are put on the waist by fastening as a belt or by pulling on from the legs or from the head.

Disadvantage of said pants is their relatively high cost due to the complexity of their manufacturing that precludes their general use as disposable pants.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a design of disposable pants allowing more comfortable use as underwear and reducing manufacturing costs.

The aim of the present invention can be achieved by using disposable pants comprising a front piece and a rear piece connected with an insert to form a single part, and a means for retaining said pants on human body each comprising two elements with a unfastening force of at least 1.0 kg/dm2, said insert being in the form of a absorbing sanitary towel. Preferably, but not necessarily, said pieces are made from a reticular fabric and said means for retaining are hook and loop band or snap fasteners. To simplify the manufacturing procedure and hence reduce the cost of the product said sanitary towel is preferably sewed or glued to said front and rear pieces, said glue being any glue approved for clothing industry and not causing unpleasant sensations when using the underwear. Said pieces are basically made from a cotton fabric. Said sanitary towel may comprise an aromatizer. For further comfort said pants may comprise an elastic band placed either partially or, preferably, completely on the side of said single part. Depending on application conditions said pants can be made with everyday sanitary towels or with sanitary towels capable of absorbing large amounts of liquid discharge.

Because the whole structure basically comprises cotton fabrics, the product is relatively cheap and can be easily disposed of, i. e. can be used as disposable pants.

The design of the pants is illustrated with the drawing of the standard model with the following notations: front piece (1), rear piece (2), absorbing sanitary towel (3), means for retaining the pants on human body 4 and elastic band (5).

Said pants can be manufactured using any of the following methods.

1. The front piece and the rear piece are cut out from cotton fabric, for instance, chintz, by any known method. Said pieces are glued with any glue (ciacrine, BF-6) to the ends of the sanitary towel, and the corner edges of said pieces are fitted with hook and loop band fasteners by any known method. Said pants are used by applying said sanitary towel to the perineal area, drawing said front piece to the abdominal area and said rear piece to the gluteal area, and fastening said pieces with said fastening means. Said pants are taken off by unfastening said fastening means with an unfastening force of about 1.4 kg/dm2 and removing the pants from the body.

2. The front piece and the rear piece are cut out from cotton fabric, for instance, coarse calico, by any known method. Said pieces are sewed to the ends of the sanitary towel, and the corner edges of said pieces are fitted with snap fasteners. Said pants are put on and taken off similarly to Example 1.

3. The front piece and the rear piece are cut out from bonded fabric. Said pieces are glued with any glue (ciacrine, BF-6) to the ends of the sanitary towel, and the corner edges of said pieces are fitted with hook fasteners by any known method. Said pants are put similarly to Example 1. Taking said pants off requires a force of about 1.6 kg/dm2 be applied in order to unfasten said hook from at least one of said pieces. Then said pants can be removed from the body.

The present design of pants increases the comfort of using underwear, especially where the situation precludes fast and easy replacement of dirty underwear.
