Abstract:
Provided are: a dissimilar metal jointed body in which galvanic corrosion at a portion at which two sides connect is prevented, and that enables satisfactory adhesion when applying an insulation coating on the dissimilar metal jointed body; and a method for manufacturing the same. The dissimilar metal joined body 10 has a first member 11 made of a metal having aluminum as the main component, a second member 12 made of a metal having copper as the main component, a join part 16 obtained by pressure-welding the respective end surfaces of the first member 11 and the second member 12, and a metal film 15 continuously covering substantially all of the first member 11 and at least a part of the second member 12, the metal film 15 being made of a metal having copper as the main component.
