Abstract:
The present invention is a distance image capturing device (1, 101) comprising: a light source unit (2, 102); a light-receiving unit (3, 103) having pixels (321, 421) equipped with a photoelectric conversion element (PD) and a plurality of charge accumulation units (CS1-CS4), and also having a pixel drive circuit (323, 423); a storage unit (44, 144) for storing table information (440, 540) in which corresponding distances to a subject are associated with charge ratios; and a distance image processing unit (4, 104) for determining the measured distance (D) to a subject (OB) using the table information (440, 540) and charge amounts (Q1-Q4) that are respectively accumulated in the plurality of charge accumulation units (CS1-CS4). The distance image processing unit (4, 104) calculates a charge ratio (R) on the basis of the charge amounts (Q1-Q4) respectively accumulated in the plurality of charge accumulation units (CS1-CS4), acquires a corresponding distance (D) corresponding to the calculated charge ratio (R) from the table information (440, 540), and determines the measured distance using the acquired corresponding distance (D).
