Disclosed in the present invention is a distributed energy storage multi-layer control method based on an optimal power flow. Energy storage group control is divided into three layers, intra-group control is achieved by means of primary control and secondary control, and inter-group control is achieved by means of tertiary control. The primary control achieves basic power distribution in a group by setting a droop coefficient. The secondary control compensates the problems of frequency/voltage offset and uneven power distribution caused by droop by means of a consistency algorithm. The tertiary control computes a solution of the optimal power flow by setting a central controller and sends the solution to each group as a control signal, which is tracked in real time by means of the secondary control and the primary control. The method of the present invention adjusts the reference voltage of each energy storage group without a public busbar, the control is more flexible, and the line loss can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the droop-based secondary control of distributed energy storage is ensured, and the system operation efficiency is improved.
