The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the deviation in the outputs of a plurality of non-natural energy type distributed power supply systems. A distributed power supply system according to the present invention comprises: a power conditioner (10) for controlling the output of a power supply device (11); a current sensor (12); another power conditioner (20) for controlling the output of another power supply device (21); and another current sensor (22). The current sensor (12) and the another current sensor (22) are placed at a position where current from the power grid is detected as the same forward power flow. When a forward power flow threshold value for preventing reverse power flow, used in the power conditioner (10), is lower than another forward power flow threshold value for preventing the reverse power flow, used in the another power conditioner (20), the power conditioner (10) controls the output of the power supply device (11) so that forward power flow higher than the forward power flow threshold value matches the forward power flow threshold value. After that, when the another power conditioner controls the output of the another power supply device on the basis of the another forward power flow threshold value and the forward power flow thereby becomes higher than the forward power flow threshold value, the power conditioner (10) increases the forward power flow threshold value.
