Abstract:
A distributed processing device has: group communication means in which at least one process that has been activated performs local group communication among a plurality of processes within one process group among a plurality of process groups in which a plurality of processes have been partitioned with a first partitioning pattern; and communication control means which, subsequent to the local group communication, selects a second partitioning pattern different from the first partitioning pattern used in the local group communication, and causes the group communication means to execute the next local group communication using data based on a result of the local group communication among a plurality of processes within one process group among a plurality of process groups in which the plurality of processes have been partitioned with a second partitioning pattern.
