Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a distributed variable damping composite vibration attenuation system based on LoRa communication, and a vibration attenuation method. Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are performed on the basis of finite element technology, and vibration isolation effect analysis is performed by using vibration isolator model selection software in a centralized control platform, so as to jointly guide the model selection of a vibration isolator. In the present invention, a spring magnetic fluid composite vibration isolator and a rubber magnetic fluid vibration isolator are also respectively designed for a power device and a pipeline; data is transmitted to the centralized control platform by using a monitoring device integrated with LoRa wireless transmission technology; online observation, online setting and online regulation and control of parameters are realized by means of the centralized control platform; a mathematical relationship model between the stiffness and a current is established; according to the control requirements, targeted programming is performed by using a PLC; and an automatic vibration control system is established by means of PID feedback control, so as to realize the intelligent and visual management of vibration and noise control in a machine room, thereby realizing a vibration attenuation control mode in which active control and passive control are combined.
