Abstract:
This distribution board is used in a communication (PLC) system using a power line PL used for supplying power from a commercial power supply. The distribution board is characterized by having a box 1, a main breaker 4 installed in the box 1, a plurality of branch breakers 5 disposed in the box 1 and connected to the secondary side of the main breaker 4, a plurality of first couplers 7 provided on the respective secondary side power lines of the plurality of branch breakers 5 and superimposing a PLC signal on a power signal and/or separating the PLC signal from the power signal, and a control unit 6 for superimposing the PLC signal, which is separated from the power signal by a predetermined first coupler from among the plurality of first couplers 7, on the power signal by another first coupler to control the PLC, wherein the control unit 6 is disposed in the box 1. This makes it possible to install, without requiring a new installation place, the control unit for performing communication control on the PLC signal transmitted by bypassing various types of breakers.
