Abstract:
Provided is a disturbance suppression load control device capable of causing a measured load value output from a linear motor-combined cylinder to better approach an objective load value to heighten responsiveness to a disturbance, and suppressing heat generation of a linear motor. A linear motor-combined cylinder load control unit comprises a air cylinder device load control unit for extracting a low frequency band superior in tracking characteristics for an objective load value signal of an air cylinder device from a difference signal between the objective load value signal of the linear motor-combined cylinder and the measured load value signal, and transmitting an air cylinder device-use optimal load addition instruction signal to the air cylinder device on the basis of the low frequency difference signal; and a linear motor load control unit for extracting a high frequency band superior in tracking characteristics for an objective load value signal of a linear motor from the difference signal, and transmitting a linear motor-use optimal load addition instruction signal to the linear motor on the basis of the high frequency difference signal.
