Abstract:
The present invention provides a DNA data encoding and decoding method using a low-density parity check code, a program, and a device. According to the present invention, by excluding base sequences having biochemical characteristics inducing three types of errors existing in a DNA storage device, and checking the ratio of G and C of finally generated base sequences and the number of continuous sequences, base sequences not satisfying a reference condition may be excluded. Therefore, when decoding data, possibility of error occurrences is lowered, and data can be restored with higher accuracy.
