Abstract:
Provided is a chemical luminescence-detecting apparatus that comprises a plate wherein a plurality of reaction cells are arranged one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally. By simultaneously filling the reaction cells with an enzyme embedded in a gel and with DNA-fixed beads, large amounts of enzyme are trapped in the reaction cells, enzyme activity is improved, and highly sensitive pyrosequencing is realized.
