The present invention relates to a DNA polymerase for detecting TERT mutation and a kit comprising same and, more specifically, to a DNA polymerase, a primer set, a probe, a kit, capable of detecting, with high sensitivity, a somatic mutation in the promoter of the TERT gene, and a method for detecting TERT gene mutation using said kit.
