Abstract:
Provided is a door opening/closing apparatus in which the damping capacity of a damper is varied when an arm rotates as a door is opened or closed. An arm (8) is attached to a case (11) of a door opening/closing apparatus (7), and the arm (8) rotates as a door (2) is opened or closed. A friction generating means (22) is disposed in the case (11). The friction generating means (22) comprises a slider (12d) and a fixed part (21). The slider (12d) linearly moves with respect to the case (11) as the door (2) is opened or closed. The fixed part (21) is fixed to the case (11), and the slider (12d) slides on the fixed part (21). Friction is generated between the slider (12d) and the fixed part (21). When the door (2) is opened or closed, the ratio of the rotation angle of the arm (8) and the amount of displacement of the slider (12d) is varied.
