Abstract:
A door braking device 30 that is installed on a door body 10 that can be self-propelled to the closed side by way of an automatic closing device 23 and that decelerates the door body that has moved a prescribed distance toward the closed side from any open position, wherein the door braking device comprises: a first rotating body 33 and a second rotating body 37 that are rotated by a rotation imparting unit 19 provided along a travelling track of the door body; a third rotating body 34 that is rotated in conjunction with the first rotating body when the door is moving to the open side and that is idle by way of a one-way clutch mechanism 35 when the door body is moving to the closed side; a fourth rotating body 38 that is rotated in conjunction with the second rotating body when the door is moving to the closed side and that is idle by way of a one-way clutch mechanism 39 when the door body is moving to the open side; a driven member 40 that has a transferring section 40a by which the rotation of the third rotating body and the fourth rotating body is transferred and a non-transferring section 40b that cancels the transfer of the rotation of the third rotating body and the fourth rotating body, and has a configuration such that when the door body moves a prescribed distance from the open position, the non-transferring section is displaced from a transfer cancel position for the third rotating body to a transfer cancel position for the fourth rotating body by the rotation of the fourth rotating body being transferred; and a braking mechanism 43 that applies a braking force to the displacement of the driven member that is displaced by the rotation of the fourth rotating body being transferred.
