Abstract:
The present invention provides a door locking device for a chamber, wherein: upper and lower clamping blocks and left and right clamping blocks simultaneously advance in the direction of an inlet port of a chamber housing along the edge of the inlet port of the chamber housing so as to simultaneously clamp the edge of a door on all sides thereof in a state where the door is closed, and thus the sealing gap of the door can be uniformly maintained; not only the edge of the door can be uniformly sealed on all sides thereof, but also the opening of the door can be performed using only one drive means such as a motor, and thus the cost required to implement a door operation mechanism when the chamber is manufactured can be reduced; and the weight of the door can be reduced, which is advantageous for the manufacture of a door for a large-sized chamber.
