Abstract:
Disclosed is a door handle device for a vehicle, which comprises: a handle main body (3) that is formed by connecting a first cover (1) and a second cover (2); and a capacitive sensor (4) that is contained in a hollow portion of the handle main body (3). Either the first cover (1) or the second cover (2) is provided with a housing recess (6) that is defined by a partition wall (5). The capacitive sensor (4) is contained within the housing recess (6) and affixed by a potting agent (7).
