Abstract:
The present invention relates to a door lock apparatus, which is provided at a door so as to open and close the door and is a locking means for preventing the opening of the door. Specifically, the present invention relates to the door lock apparatus capable of opening and closing the door by pushing or pulling a handle, capable of switching the handle, for operating a latch bolt, into a push or pull mode according to a change in the opening direction and left-handed or right-handed mode of the door, and having the latch bolt with a simple structure. The door lock apparatus, according to one embodiment, for operating the latch bolt by pushing or pulling the handle according to the opening direction of the door comprises: a door lock assembly separated into an inside door lock assembly and an outside door lock assembly; and the latch bolt provided between the inside door lock assembly and the outside door lock assembly, wherein the door lock assembly includes a push-and-pull switching means for selectively setting the rotational direction of a switching rotary piece, rotating around a Y axis by the handle, so as to switch the handle, for operating the latch bolt, into a push or pull mode according to the opening direction of the door. The door lock apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: the door lock assembly separated into the inside door lock assembly and the outside door lock assembly; and the latch bolt provided between the inside door lock assembly and the outside door lock assembly, wherein the latch bolt comprises: a slider moving backwards when a connection shaft connected to the door lock assembly rotates, and receiving elastic force such that the slider is returned while always moving in the direction in which the latch is provided; a latch mounting piece provided at the front of the slider so as to rotate around an X axis which corresponds to a movement direction; and a latch provided to the latch mounting piece and rotating around a latch mounting pin, which is orthogonal to the X axis corresponding to the movement direction, a latch fixing means for preventing the latch from rotating around the latch mounting pin is formed between the latch mounting piece and the latch, and when the latch mounting piece, moving together with the slider moving backwards, moves backwards, a fixed state of the latch fixing means is released so as to enable the latch to rotate around the latch mounting piece.
