The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electrical appliances, and disclosed are a door opening and closing apparatus, and an electrical appliance. The door opening and closing apparatus comprises a door pushing mechanism and a door rotating mechanism (200) that are driven by the same driving structure (300); the door rotating mechanism (200) comprises a driving member (210) and a door rotating member (220); a first end of the door rotating member (220) is rotatably arranged on a door body (920); a second end of the door rotating member (220) is rotatably connected to a first end of the driving member (210); a second end of the driving member (210) is rotatably arranged on a base; a driving mechanism (100) comprises a linkage gear (120); and the linkage gear (120) can drive the driving member (210) to rotate so as to drive the door rotating member (220) to rotate the door body (920), and drive the door pushing mechanism (200) to push the door body (920).
