Abstract:
The present invention relates to a double-acting hydraulic wedge-shaped cylinder rod type packer and, more particularly, to a double-acting hydraulic wedge cylinder rod type packer, comprising: a connector unit; packer units which are provided on one side and the other side of the connector unit; a water pressure pipe which passes through the center of the inner surfaces of the connector unit and the packer unit in a longitudinal direction and a water pressure supply control unit which supplies water pressure having a predetermined pressure to the water pressure pipe; a contracted hydraulic pipe which is installed to be spaced apart from one side of the water pressure pipe by a predetermined interval and a contracted hydraulic pressure supply unit which supplies hydraulic pressure having a predetermined pressure to the contracted hydraulic pipe; and an expansion hydraulic pipe which is installed to be spaced apart from the other side of the water pressure pipe by a predetermined interval and an expansion hydraulic supply unit which supplies hydraulic pressure having a predetermined pressure to the expansion hydraulic pipe. The packer unit comprises: a cylinder tube which includes the contracted hydraulic pipe and the expansion hydraulic pipe; a piston which is provided inside the cylinder tube, one side of which comes in contact with the hydraulic pressure supplied to the cylinder tube, and which is moved in the longitudinal direction by the hydraulic pressure; a wedge-shaped cylinder rod which comes in contact with the other side of the piston and is moved in the longitudinal direction; and a support body which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of one side of the packer units and which allows the wedge-shaped cylinder rod to extend in a width direction while being inserted along the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder rod cover formed on one side of the piston.
