A double-break isolating switch having grounding linkage, comprising a housing, double-break switch devices, an isolating switch driving device, grounding switch devices, a grounding switch driving device, a grounding switch transmission mechanism, and a linkage device. The double-break switch devices are mounted inside the housing and implement synchronous opening or closing of breaks on both sides by means of the isolating switch driving device; the grounding switch devices are mounted on the housing to perform grounding opening/closing control on the double-break switch devices and implement closing or opening by means of the grounding switch driving device and the grounding switch transmission mechanism; the linkage device is connected to the isolating switch driving device and the grounding switch driving device respectively, so that the grounding switch devices can be closed only when the double-break switch devices are in an open state, or the double-break switch devices can be closed only when the grounding switch devices are in an open state.
