Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of motors and provides a double-channel, spiral-type, efficient heat dissipation motor structure. A shaft rod (7) penetrates through a first high-speed bearing (4), a second high-speed bearing (5), and a third high-speed bearing (6), fan blades (8) being sleeved on a top portion of the shaft rod (7). An inner shell (22) and a motor outer shell (21) jointly form a fixed connection structure by means of multiple sets of equidistant, circumferentially distributed air inlet plates (23), the air inlet plates (23) being inclined overall. A second air duct (24) is provided between each two air inlet plates (23), and an air flow direction of an air outlet of the second air duct (24) is the same as that of the fan blades (8). A top portion of the inner shell (22) on the outside of a through hole (25) is provided with multiple sets of equidistant, arc-shaped large slots (26). In the described structure, by means of a double-channel and spiral-type design, the air flow of the air outlet of the second air duct (24) and the fan blades (8) can be in a homeostatic state when in use, and finally be discharged from the arc-shaped large slots (26), thereby further increasing the contact area with wind and enabling heat dissipation to be more efficient and rapid.
